Lookup windows contain a list of items entered when you set up or as you use Service Management. Lookup windows provide a way to organize, validate, and speed up information entry. A lookup button in a field indicates that a lookup window is available. Almost all the lookup window selections are user-definable, giving you flexibility to customize Service Management
Series.
You can partially type an entry and select CTRL - L in fields with an attached lookup window to locate information more quickly. For instance, if you enter "Sch" in the Location Name field in the Service Manager window and select CTRL - L, the lookup window's data will start listing with the first occurrence of "Sch".children
