You can view the open appointments for the customer location. Viewing Open Appointments

  1. To view the open appointment(s) for a customer, select a customer in the Customer Hub.
  2. In the details section of the Customer Hub, select the Open Appointments tab.
  3. In this tab view, you can:
    • Double-click an appointment to open the appointment on the Schedule Board.
     See Viewing/Editing Service Appointment Details or Viewing/Editing Job Appointment Details.
