- Double-click the note, or select the note and select the Edit Note icon. The note displays.
- Make any changes and select SAVE.

- Enter the Subject.
- The author defaults to the current user, however, you can select a different author.
- Select the Reminder indicator if the note serves as a reminder note and select the Reminder Date.
- Select the Printable? indicator if the note can be printed.
- Enter the note text in the box.
- Select Save.

- Select the note and select the Delete icon.
Working with Attachments

- Enter the Description.
- Edit the Date, if needed.
- Choose SELECT FILE and In the Open window, select the file and then select Open. Or you can drag and drop the file into the window.
- Select UPLOAD FILE.
- Close the Attachments window.
