To maintain compatibility with the Time cloud and Signature 2021, please download and install the following updates

  • Schedule 6.0.43

  • Time App Update for Signature 2021 (W18g628TA.cnk)

  • TimeTrack Hotfix (wsTT_Import_Validate_Pay_Code.sql)

  • TimeTrack Add-In 18.6.84

  • Sync2Core 18.6.45

You can find these updates on the Product Downloads page. After installing the three updates, you will need to configure the server objects and run a full synchronization to sync the data in the Microsoft Dynamics GP company with the company created in Core. 

Complete the steps in the following order:

  1. Install Latest Schedule

  2. Install Time App Update for Signature

  3. Apply the .SQL Script

  4. Install TimeTrack Add-In

  5. Install Sync2Core

  6. Configure the Server Objects

  7. Run a Full Synchronization

Description

KT-1870

We’ve added a confirmation message that displays after importing entries into the TimeTrack Add-in window. The message displays the number of successfully imported transactions, “11 transactions were successfully imported. Please review the grid for status information.” If none are successful, “No transactions were imported. Please review the grid for status information.”

KT-1958

This hotfix corrects an issue where TimeTrack transactions that originate from MobileTech have an empty LocalTax field in table WS10702. With the hotfix applied, the LocalTax field has the expected data. This was previously released with hotfix W18g522BZ.

KT-1915

This hotfix updates the Signature Registered Users window in TimeTrack with the following:

  • We’ve removed the missing email address pop-up and/or missing user ID. The only time a user will receive the email error message and a red asterisk * is when Manager Approval and Notifications are marked in the TimeTrack Setup Options in Signature. TT-243

  • When Require Manager Approval is unmarked, the Manager ID and Email Address fields are no longer locked in TimeTrack Setup Options. KT-962

  • The email address entered in the Employee Maintenance window (Payroll > Employee), now auto-populates when the Synchronize button is selected. KT-1320

  • The Signature Registered Users window no longer requires a User ID when the Remote Time Entry Checkbox is marked. KT-842
