- In MobileTech Administration, go to Tools > Launch Woodford.
- Open the active Mobile Project.
- Navigate to the Auditing tab on the left panel.
- Under Auditing Settings:
- Mark the Enable Auditing check box.
- Mark the Include GPS position check box.
- Mark the Track GPS position changes checkbox. We recommend that you do not edit the default values for Delay=600 (seconds) and Distance=500 (meters).
- The settings above are enough track the technician's location in the Technician Vehicle table (SV00113), but if you also want to track entity-specific changes (Create and/or Update), you can mark the following options under Enable auditing for the following entities and operations:
- Appointment: If you want to know where the technician was when recording his/her appointment data.
- Time Entry: If you want to know where the technician was when recording labor transactions.
- Time Log: If you want to know where the technician is timing in or timing out of appointments.
- Choose Save.
- Publish the project.
