Description

KT-1074

We have updated how time entries are edited when a day has multiple transactions and the user selects Edit Time.

  • A new “Time Entries for day/date” pop-up window displays and the user will need to select the Edit (pencil) icon. The Activity, Cost Code, Pay Code, and Shift Code (if using) fields will be read-only. Only the time entry being edited is shown in the Edit window. We will no longer show all entries with the same key segments (activity, cost code, pay code, shift).

  • The time entry can be deleted on the pop-up window by selecting the Delete (trash can) icon.

  • Users can also create a new time entry from the pop-up by selecting the Add (plus) button.

If the day has only one time transaction, the edit window displays as usual and the user can edit any of the fields.

KT-2000

We’ve updated the Sync Failure email to include the environment name in the email subject line. The recipients are set up in Setting up Admin Notifications.

The body of the email includes:

  • Company Name

  • Integration Sync ID

  • Error message(s) related to the synchronization failure

We’ve updated the Acknowledgement setting so that instead of having to select a button to display the Acknowledgement Message text box, the box now displays after turning on the Submit Acknowledgement feature. See Using a Submit Acknowledgement.

We’ve added a Spanish version of our Welcome Aboard Time email message that is sent out to employees who have Spanish selected as their preferred languange.

We’ve fixed an issue where an integration sync error was created for a job cost code when the parent job is set up as Job Cost only with no service location.

We’ve updated the Manager Approvals window so that if the current user does not have a manager setup in TimeTrack, the user will not be displayed.

Description

KT-1870

We’ve added a confirmation message that displays after importing entries into the TimeTrack Add-in window. The message displays the number of successfully imported transactions, “11 transactions were successfully imported. Please review the grid for status information.” If none are successful, “No transactions were imported. Please review the grid for status information.” See Import the Time App Timesheet Transactions List.

Employees can now update their preferred language in the User Profile window. See Setting Your Preferred Language.
