• On the User Details tab:
  • Your name
    Displays your name associated with your user profile.
  • ERP User Account
    This is the user name for the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Default Company
    Displays the default company, if one has been assigned by the Schedule administrator.
  • Role
    Displays your user role.

  • Time Zone Description
    Displays the time zone you are in. 

    Note
    The Time Zone Description displays if Time Zone Views is enabled in Signature.

    
    

  • Affiliate/Region/Branch
    Displays the affiliate, region, and branch that you are assigned to. 

    Note
    The Affiliate/Region/Branch information displays when Global Filtering is turned on in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

    
    

• On the User Settings tab:
  • Schedule Visible Hours
    Enter the start and end times to display on the schedule. If this is not set up at the user level, the company -level setting is used. See Setting Up Schedule Configuration.
  • Show User PanelJob Panel
    Mark this checkbox to display the Job Panel on the right side of the Schedule Board. If this is not set up at the user level, the global company setting is used. See Setting up Global Options.
    This option is available if you have Signature Job Cost registered.
