  1. To view the open appointment(s) for a customer, choose a customer in the Customer Hub.
  2. In the details section of the Customer Hub, choose the Open Appointments tab.
  3. In this tab view, you can:
    1. Double-click an appointment to open the appointment on the Schedule Board. See Viewing/Editing Service Appointment Details or Viewing/Editing Job Appointment Details.
    2. Right-click a Service Call appointment and then choose from the following:
