- Choose Customers
Image Removed Customers. Select a customer and choose the Locations tab. Select a location and choose the Equipment tab.
OR - Choose Service Calls Image Removed Calls. Select a service call, choose More, and then choose the Equipment tab.

To create an equipment record for a location where you are performing a service call, choose the New Image Removed icon icon. This icon might not be displayed if you don't have a service call at the selected location. For more information, see Create or Change an Equipment Record.
