- A transport request is recorded. This may be entered directly or as a part of a rental agreement. Equipment being transported must be recorded in the Equipment Manager, with a transport pricing item on the Transport tab.
- The transport request is scheduled to a truck and may be carried out using internal resources or a contractor.
- The dispatch and delivery are recorded.
- If billable, the transport amount is invoiced directly through the SOP module, or in the case of a rental agreement, the amount is included as an extra item on the next invoice against the rental agreement. Equipment transport revenue is invoiced as a service item.
