- Modified Equipment Management and Microsoft Dynamics GP windows and reports may be lost after upgrading. Print copies of all modified windows and reports to reference, as you may have to recreate your customizations after installation.
This upgrade is installed using the Equipment Management installation wizard. All users must log out of the system before upgrading. Download and launch the application file on the server machine to start the installation wizard. For complete installation instructions, refer to the Equipment Management Installation, Upgrade, and New Features guide.
Note To install Equipment Management sample data, you must be logged in to the Fabrikam lesson company. If you are logged in to a different company, you will receive an error when trying to install sample data. - Advanced Rental users - Line linking has been updated so that the parent line updates linked (child) lines. The child line can also be updated independently without updating the parent. 22026
- Advanced Rental users - You can update the intervals for the automatic On/Off Rental processing. In the Dex.ini settings, update the following line to the appropriate number of minutes between processing. The default setting is to run the process every 5 minutes.
