After you confirm the password, a message displays in the Admin Console window that includes the password that you've just entered. You will need to make a note of this password to email the affected technicians. |
Technician Resetting Password
Once you've updated the password, the change takes place immediately for the selected technician(s). When the technician syncs their device, they will receive a message that says they can't connect and that the server login has failed.
