Creating Profitability Analysis Report Options

You can create profitability analysis reports. You create report options before printing reports.

  1. Choose Reports > Equipment > Profitability Analysis.
  2. Choose Profitability Report, Transaction Report, or Balancing Report from the drop-down list.
  3. Choose New to create a new report option.
  4. Enter the report option in the Option field.
  5. Choose how to group and sort the report.
  6. Choose a range and enter to and from information.
  7. You can mark the following check boxes to include these in the report:
    • Combine Sub Accounts
    • With DetailOnly Required Groups
    • Show Balanced Trx
  8. Choose Destination to designate where to print the report.
  9. Choose Insert.
  10. Choose Save to save the report option.

Printing the Profitability Analysis Reports

If you have created report options, you can print them from the Profitability Analysis Reports window. You can print three profitability analysis reports.
