- Select Reports > Equipment > Scheduled Management Analysis.
- Select the report from the Reports drop-down list.
- Select the New button.
- Enter a name for the new option in the Scheduled Maintenance Setup Reports Options window.
- For some reports, you can choose select a sort order and restrict the range to be printed. Select Insert if you have entered a range. For some reports, you can mark the Detailed Report, Projected, Current, and Inactive checkboxes.
- Select Destination to specify the print destination.
- Select Save to save the option.

- Select Reports > Equipment > Scheduled Management Analysis.
- Select the report from the Reports drop-down list.
- Select the report option and choose select Insert >>.
- Select Print.
