  1. In Rental Availability Inquiry, complete the header fields as necessary and choose select Redisplay.

  2. Mark the checkbox next to the equipment to be added. At least one checkbox needs to be marked.
  3. Select Booking or Agreement.
  4. In the window that displays, complete the following fields:
    • Type
      Select New to create a new booking or agreement or choose select Existing to add to an existing booking or agreement.
    • Booking/Agreement Type ID
      Select the type ID if you are creating a new booking. If you chose Existing, the type ID will default in based on the booking/agreement ID.
    • Booking/Agreement ID
      Select the booking/agreement ID if you are adding to an existing booking or agreement. The booking/agreement ID lookup will filter to the only those available for the customer and address ID. This field is disabled if you chose New.
    • Customer ID
      Enter the customer ID.
    • Address ID
      The customer's address ID will default in or you can choose select a different address ID.
    • Rental Dates
      The rental dates will default from Rental Availability Inquiry or you can enter new dates.
  5. Select Process to add the equipment to either a new or existing booking or agreement. Rental Booking Entry or Rental Agreement Entry will open displaying the booking and may be edited as needed.

      Select the booking/agreement ID that has a type ID of Rent to Job if you are adding to an existing booking. This field is disabled if you are creating a new booking.
    • Job Number
      Select the job number.
    • Cost Code
      Enter the cost code.
    • Rental Dates
      The rental dates will default from the Rental Availability Inquiry window or you can enter new dates.
  5. Select Process to add the equipment to either a new or existing booking or agreement. Job Booking Entry or Job Agreement Entry will open displaying the booking and may be edited as needed.
