- Launch Equipment Management.exe.
- On the Welcome screen, choose select Next >.
- Accept the terms of the license agreement, and choose select Next >.
- Accept the default installation location, or use the Browse... button to navigate to the location where Microsoft Dynamics GP is installed. Select Next >.
- When you are ready to begin the installation, choose select Install. When the installation is complete, choose select Finish.

- After logging in to Equipment Management as "sa", the Upgrade Wizard opens. On the Welcome screen, choose select Next >.
- Review the upgrade information, and choose select Upgrade. A progress window appears. When the upgrade is complete, choose select OK.
