New Feature - Filtering Departments and Divisions

We’ve added filtering options in the User Profile window. See User Profile for more information. These new filtering options are only available with Schedule 2024 (or higher) installed.

  • Default Departments Filtering: Managers and Approvers can now filter the employees displayed in the drop-down lists by department.

  • Default Job Division Filters: Employees can select one or more divisions to filter the available jobs displayed when creating job activities.

  • Default Service Division Filters: Employees can select one or more divisions to filter the available service calls displayed when creating service activities.

To maintain compatibility with Signature Time and Signature, please download and install the TimeTrack Add-In 18.6.96. You can find this update on the Product Downloads page. After installing the update, you must configure the server objects and run a full synchronization to sync the data in the Microsoft Dynamics GP company with the company created in Core. 

Complete the steps in the following order:

This update includes:

New Feature - Rejected Time Entry Email

Employees will now receive an email if a time entry is rejected. The email is sent for each rejected time entry. Currently, this email is sent in English.

The body of the email includes the following information:

  • Rejection reason (untranslated)

  • Transaction info

  • All key fields

    • Hours

    • Cost code

    • Pay code

    • Time in/time out (dependent on the company settings)

We’ve added a confirmation message that displays after importing entries into the TimeTrack Add-in window. The message displays the number of successfully imported transactions, “11 transactions were successfully imported. Please review the grid for status information.” If none are successful, “No transactions were imported. Please review the grid for status information.” See Importing Timesheet Transactions to TimeTrack.
