The Summary tab displays the information that you have entered for this appointment. Once you complete the appointment, you cannot enter additional information about this appointment. 

Note

Depending on your setup:

  • You may have additional sections that display. 
  • The Call Summary and Job Appointment Summary reports are generated. The information that displays on the Summary tab appears on the Call Summary and Job Appointment Summary report. 
    • If the Job Summary Report is set to False in Report Settings, the Job Appointment Summary report is not generated. 
    • If the Service Summary Report is set to False, the Call Summary Report is not generated. See Report Settings.
  • The Customer and Technician Signatures are entered at the bottom of this tab. If the Job Summary Report is set to False in Report Settings, the signature buttons do not display. See Report Settings.
