To open the Task Materials pane for service calls, choose select Service Calls 
. Select a service call, choose select More, and then choose select the Task Materials 
tab.
To open the pane for appointments, choose select Appointments (or choose select the Appointments tab from a service call). Select an appointment and choose select Complete, and then choose select the Task Materials
tab.
The Task Materials pane displays the equipment and its related sublocation that is assigned to the service call, the tasks that are associated with the equipment and service call, and the task materials that are associated with those tasks.
