You can automatically free up any licenses that haven't been synchronized in the last 90 days by marking this the Auto-free up unused licenses option in Resco Woodford's Administration Settings.

1. In MobileTech Administration, select Tools > Launch Resco Cloud Dashboard. 
2. Enter the Organization and select Log in.
3. Enter the Email and Password and select Log in. 
4. In the left navigation, select Woodford.
5. Select Settings.
6. Under Organization settings, mark Auto-free up unused licenses (not synchronized in last 90 days).
7. Select Save.
