| . - Do not install a newer version of Woodford until you are instructed to do so by Key2ActWennSoft. Woodford is a third-party product and you must use a version of Woodford that is compatible with the version of MobileTech you are using.
- When you launch Woodford, if the "New update is available" message displays, select Later.
- After you install and activate Woodford, we recommend that you set up Woodford so you are not prompted to install a newer version when it is released by Resco. In Woodford, select Settings and unmark the Check for updates on startup checkbox.Review the steps below carefully before you install the latest compatible version of Woodford
- If you are changing the physical path with the upgrade installation, prior to upgrading, you will need to update the Physical Path in IIS Manager.
- Open Windows Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
- Under Sites, select RescoCloud Server and then select Advanced Settings.
- Update the Physical Path and select OK.
- After upgrading to MobileTech 9.0, you will need to go to launch MobileTech Setup Options so that updated setup option records are added to the Integration Sync.
