  1. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Service Management > Lookup Setup > Technicians > Technicians.
  2. From the Technician Setup window's menu bar, select Additional > Map2BOB Technician.
  3. In Map2BOB, if the ERP Technician does not have a Technician mapped, the Linked Image Addedicon is not displayed and the BOB Technician field is empty.
  4. To the right of the Technician row, select the ellipsis  icon.
  5. Select Manage Technician.
  6. In the New Technician window, select the Technician Name drop-down. 
  7. Select the BOB Technician. Only unlinked 
  8. The Technician's information populates the fields. If any of the fields is missing information, you will need to enter this before you can create the link.
  9. Select Create.
  10. On the Technician tab, the BOB Technician name displays. The Linked icon is also displayed to indicate that the Technician records have been linked.
