If you have a Technician created in BOB that corresponds with the Signature Technician, you can quickly link the two Technician records.

1. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Service Management > Lookup Setup > Technicians > Technicians.
2. From the Technician Setup window's menu bar, select Additional > Technician Mapping.
3. In the Mapping Tool, if the Signature Technician does not have a Technician mapped, the BOB Technician field is empty.
4. To the right of the Technician row, select the ellipsis Image Added icon.
5. Select Manage Technician.
6. In the New Technician window, select the Technician Name drop-down. 
7. Select the BOB Technician.
8. The Technician's information populates the fields. If any of the fields is missing information, you will need to enter this before you can create the link.
9. Select Create.
10. The New Technician window closes. On the Technician tab, the BOB Technician name displays. The linked icon is also displayed to indicate that the Technician records have been linked.
