Unlinking a Client will also unlink all linked Sites, Technicians, Equipment, and Contacts associated with the BOB Client. |
- Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager.
- From the Service Manager menu bar, go to Additional > BOB Site Tracking Setup.
- On the Location Mapping tab, select the ellipsis
to the right of the BOB Client field. - Select Manage Client.
- In the New Client window, select Unlink.
- Select Yes to unlink the entity.
- The window closes, and on the Location tab, the link
icon no longer displays.
