If you do not have a Technician created in BOB that corresponds with the Signature ERP Technician, you can create the BOB Technician record in the BOB Mapping ToolMap2BOB. Creating the Technician will also automatically link the Technician records.

1. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Service Management > Lookup Setup > Technicians > Technicians.
2. From the Technician Setup window's menu bar, select Additional > Map2BOB Technician Mapping.
3. In the Mapping ToolMap2BOB, if the Signature ERP Technician does not have a Technician mapped, the BOB Technician field is empty.
4. To the right of the Technician row, select the ellipsis  icon.
5. Select Manage Technician.
6. In the New Technician window, select the Technician Name drop-down. Verify the technician's name is not listed. 
7. Select Create Technician.
8. The Signature ERP Technician Name and Title automatically populates, however you can edit this information.
9. Enter the Email Address and Phone Number.
10. Select the Seniority Level.
11. Select one or more Specialties.
12. Select Create.
13. The New Technician window closes. On the Technician tab, the BOB Technician name displays. The linked icon is also displayed.
