  1. Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager.
  2. From the Service Manager menu bar, go to Additional > Map2BOB Sites.
  3. To the right of the ERP Customer/Location, select the ellipsis Image Added icon.
  4. Select Manage Client.
  5. In the New Client window, from the Client Name drop-down, select the BOB Client.
  6. The BOB Client information defaults into the remaining fields. You cannot edit the information.
  7. Select Create.
