  1. Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager.
  2. From the Service Manager menu bar, go to Additional > Map2BOB Sites.
  3. Select the ellipsis  icon to the right of the ERP Customer and then select Manage Equipment.
  4. In the Equipment Tracking window, to the right of the Equipment to unlink, select the ellipsis  icon.
  5. Select Manage Equipment.
  6. In the Equipment window, select Unlink

    Note

    Unlinking will only unlink (and untrack) the BOB Equipment. If you've created a new BOB Equipment, that Equipment still exists in Building Optimization Broker.

  7. Select Yes in the verification window.

  8. In the Equipment Tracking window, the BOB Equipment is cleared. The Tracked check box is cleared and the Linked  icon no longer displays.
