- In the Customer Hub window, right-click on anywhere in the customer list.
- Select Create New Customer.
In the New Customer/Location window, enter the customer details, required fields are indicated with an * asterisk.

Selecting the Customer Class will autopopulate the Primary Technician, Labor Group,
