Creating a new role
- In Schedule, choose select the menu icon in the top left corner next to Scheduling.
- Choose Select Administration.
- Choose Select the User Roles tab.
- In the Roles section, choose select New Role.
In the Role Detail section, enter the Role and Description.
Note To disable a role, mark the Disabled checkbox.
- Choose Select Save. The role displays in the Roles section.

- With the created role highlighted, in the Role Permissions section you can choose select the Role Permissions.
- Mark or unmark the View, Edit, or Delete columns for the listed areas.
- Choose Select the Save icon.

A user is limited to one role, although one role may be assigned to more than one user.
- In Schedule, choose select the menu icon in the top left corner next to Scheduling.
- Choose Select Administration.
- Choose Select the User Detail tab.
In the Users section, choose select the user.
- In the User Roles section, choose select Assign Role.
- In the Available Roles window, mark the Role checkbox.
- Choose Select Assign Role.
Deleting roles
A role can only be deleted if it is not assigned to users.
- In Schedule, choose select the menu icon in the top left corner next to Scheduling.
- Choose Select Administration.
- Choose Select the User Detail tab.
- In the Users section, choose select the user.
- In the User Roles section, choose select Assign Role.
- In the Available Roles window, right-click on the role and then choose select Delete.
