  1. In MobileTech Administration, choose select Tools > Launch Woodford. The Dynamics CRM Login Dialog window is displayed.
  2. Enter the URL, user name, and password to log on to Woodford. The URL must include the server name and port where MobileTech is installed, and the name of the company database (in lowercase letters). Example: http://servername:8080/companydatabase.
  3. Choose Select OK.
  4. In the Woodford workspace, double-click your mobile project.
  5. In the navigation pane, choose select Note, and then choose select Sync Filter on the toolbar. The Edit Filter window is displayed. This window lists the conditions for the reports that are not currently synced to the devices.
  6. Remove the condition for the report attachments that you want to sync to the devices. For example, if you want Call Summary reports to be synced to the devices, choose select the drop-down arrow for the NameDoes Not ContainCall Summary Report condition, and then choose select Delete from the menu that appears.
  7. When you have finished editing the sync filter, choose select Save & Close on the toolbar.
  8. Choose Select Publish All on the toolbar.
