Depending on your company's settings, you can create a technician activity appointment from the calendar. Technician activities may be meetings, jury duty, sick days, and training, depending on your company's protocol.

Note
  • MobileTech does not perform any conflict resolution for overlapping technician activities. You are able to create more than one activity for the same day/time. 
  • Estimated hours entered cannot be more than 24 hours.

To create a technician activity:

  1. Select the Calendar Image Added icon in the left navigation.
  2. On the calendar, select a time for the day the activity occurs.
  3. Select the Add Image Added icon in the top right corner.
  4. In the Appointment form, complete the following:
    • Technician: Activity: Select the technician activity.
    • Start Date: Auto populates with the date and time that you selected on the calendar.
    • Estimated Hours: Enter the estimated hours for the activity.

    • Description: (Optional) Enter a brief description of the activity.
    • Status: Select the status of the activity.
    • Technician: Auto populates with your technician ID.
  5. Select Save Image Added.
  6. Sync your device.
