You can view purchase orders that have been added to a service call in Service Management. Purchase orders created in Service Management cannot be updated and are read-only.
- Choose AppointmentsAppointments
. Select an appointment and choose Complete. - Choose the PO Lines tab
tab, and then choose the purchase order to open the Purchase Order view pane. - Choose More to display additional purchase order information.
