• Before upgrading to MobileTech, your technicians will need to sync their devices and then delete the data on the devices. Once the upgrade is complete, your technicians can then sync their devices to view the new features.
• If you are changing the physical path with the upgrade installation, prior to upgrading, you will need to update the Physical Path in IIS Manager. 

1. 1. Open Windows Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
   2. Under Sites, select RescoCloud Server and then select Advanced Settings.
   3. Update the Physical Path and select OK.
