You will need to complete the following steps to enable Resco Inspections:

- In MobileTech Admin, go to Tools > Launch Resco Cloud Dashboard.
- On the Questionnaire Designer tile, select Open Questionnaire Designer.
- From the menu bar, select Import.
- Navigate to the Program Files (x86)/Signature/MobileTech/Admin/COVID-19/ folder.
- Select COVID-19 Health Check.qbuilder.
- Select Open.
- In the Questionnaires List window, select COVID-19 Health Check.
- From the menu bar, select Activate.
This will show up on the devices once a sync is performed.
Disable Inspections
To remove Inspections, there are a few steps that you need to perform.
Remove the Inspections icon from the Home navigation
- In MobileTech Admin, go to Tools > Launch Woodford.
- Open the MobileTech project.
- In the left navigation, in the Components section, select Home screen.
- Select Inspections | Questionnaire.
- From the menu bar, select Remove.
- Select Save.
Remove the Inspections icon from the Appointment Completion forms
- While still in the MobileTech project, scroll down to Entities.
- Select Appointments.
- From the menu bar, select Show UI.
- Select Complete - Job Appointment.
- From the menu bar, select Edit.
- Select Inspections ( * ).
- From the menu bar, select Delete.
- Select Save & Close.
- Select Complete - Service Appointment.
- From the menu bar, select Edit.
- Select Inspections ( * ).
- From the menu bar, select Delete.
- Select Save & Close.
Disable Inspections in Woodford
- While still in the MobileTech project, scroll down to Settings.
- Select Inspections.
- Clear the mark from the Enable Inspections check box.
- Select Save.
- Publish the project.
