If you are using the Resco Inspections, you have the option to use an the updated version of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) form. With this version, the Safe Location question has been relocated towards the bottom of the form. This allows the technician the ability to complete the questions. Additionally, when indicating that a hazard exists, technicians can identify what task causes the hazard and how they can mitigate or eliminate the hazard. When the report is completed, the report is generated as a PDF.
