Viewing customer details

  1. To view the customer details, choose a customer in the Customer Hub.

Notes and attachments

Viewing or editing notes

If there any notes attached, these display on the Notes tab to the far right.

  1. You can view
or edit the note by double-clicking on the note or selecting the note and choosing the Edit NoteImage Removed icon.
  • After viewing the note, you can close the window or edit the note as necessary and choose Save.
  • Create a note

  • Choose Add New Note Image Removed icon. The Note Detail window is displayed.
  • Enter the Subject.
  • The author defaults to the current user however you can choose a different author.
  • Specify whether the note serves as a reminder note (Reminder) and/or can be printed (Printable).
  • Enter the note text in the box.
  • Choose Save
