Available note types are customer, location, service call, job, and contract. Notes can be added from the appointment details or from the Customer Hub.

On the schedule board, double-click the appointment to open the Details window.

appointment and choose View Service Details/View Job Details to access the Details window.
- Choose the Notes button. The Notes window displays. If the Notes icon displays as blank , no notes are available.
- Double-click the note, or select the note and choose Select. The Note Detail window is displayed.
- Make any changes and choose Save.
Create a note
On the schedule board,
doubleright-click the appointment and choose Add New Appointment Note.
Choose the Notes icon. The Notes window is displayedNote You can also double-click the appointment, or right-click the appointment and choose View Service Details/View Job Details, to open the Details window. Then choose the Notes icon.
- Choose Add New Note icon. The Note Detail window is displayed.
- Enter the Subject.
- The author defaults to the current user however you can choose a different author.
- Specify whether the note serves as a reminder note (Reminder) and/or can be printed (Printable).
- Enter the note text in the box.
- Choose Save.

- On the schedule board, right-click the service appointment, and then choose Open Service Call.
- Choose the Attachment icon. If the Attachment icon displays as blank , no attachments have been added.
- In the Attachments for Service Call window double-click the attachment to view.
