1. You can view or edit the note by double-clicking on the note or selecting the note and choosing

1. the Edit NoteImage Modified

2. After viewing the note, you can close the window or edit the note as necessary and

1. choose Save.

Create a note

1. Choose Add New Note Image Modified icon. The Note Detail window is displayed.
2. Enter the Subject.
3. The author defaults to the current user however you can choose a different author.
4. Specify whether the note serves as a reminder note (Reminder) and/or can be printed (Printable).
5. Enter the note text in the box.
6. Choose Save.
