• Your name
  Displays your name associated with your user profile.
• Email address
  Displays the email address set up for your user profile.
• ERP User Account
  This is the user name for the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Default Company
  Displays the default company, if one has been assigned by the Schedule administrator.
• Role
  Displays your user role.

• Time Zone Description
  Displays the time zone you are in. 

  Note
  The Time Zone Description displays if Time Zone Views is enabled in Signature.

  
  

• Affiliate/Region/Branch
  Displays the affiliate, region, and branch that you are assigned to. 

  Note
  The Affiliate/Region/Branch information displays if you have when Global Filtering is turned on in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

  
  

• Schedule Visible Hours
  Enter the start and end times to display on the schedule. If this is not set up at the user level, the company level setting is used. See Setting Up Schedule Configuration.
