You can easily view and edit the details of a service appointment.

  1. Double-click the service service appointment  appointment. This can be a scheduled or unassigned appointment. 
  2. The Service Appointment Details window displays. You can view and change the information the appointment information. Additional fields may display depending on Schedule settings.
      Customer Name
    • Location Name
    • Service Call - Display only
    • Appointment - Display only
    • Description
    • Status
    • Resource
    • Start Date
    • Estimated Hours
    • Skill Level
    • Priority
    • Completion Date - Display onlyActual Hours - Display only
    • Customer Name
    • Location Name
  3. You can also choose these icons to view additional information.

    Delete Appointment

    View Service Call - See View or edit the service call.

    View Service Call Time Stamps - See View service call timestamps.

    View Appointment History - See View appointment history.

    View Service Call Tasks

    View/add Appointment Notes - See Working with notes.

    Infonote
    If a note exists for this appointment, this icon displays as Image Modified.
