When creating appointments with the Appointment Wizard, the appointments are assigned the same Group ID. You may find that you need to delete appointments that were created that have the same Group ID.

Schedule will only let you mark appointments that are not completed. If an appointment is completed, you cannot select that appointment to be deleted from the Group ID. |
To delete appointments from a group:
- Access the Related Appointments window from the Service Appointment, Job Appointment, Service Call, or Resource Activity window, select the Related Appointments icon.
- Select By Group ID.
- In the Related Appointments window, mark the appointments to be rescheduled. You can mark all of the appointments by selecting the check box in the same row as the column headers or you can individually mark appointments.
- Select the Delete icon.
- Choose Delete.
- Confirm that you want to delete the appointments.
