- In Schedule, choose the Hamburger menu in the top left corner next to Scheduling.
- Choose Administration.
- Choose the User Detail tab.
- In the Users section, choose the user.
- In the User Roles section, choose Assign Role.
- In the Available Roles window, mark the Role check box.
- Choose Assign RolesRole.
Deleting roles
A role can only be deleted if it is not assigned to users.
