You can view the customer location contracts.
Viewing contracts
- To view the location contracts, choose a customer in the Customer Hub.
- In the details section of the Customer Hub, choose the Contracts tab.
- Right-click a contract and choose from the following:
- Add Note - Opens the Service Management note window. See Working with notes Notes and attachmentsAttachments.
- Add Attachment - Opens the Service Call attachment window. See Working with notes Notes and attachmentsAttachments.
- View Note - Opens the Notes/Attachments window. See Working with notes Notes and attachmentsAttachments. (Displays if a note exists.)
- View Attachment - Opens the Notes/Attachments window. See Working with notes Notes and attachmentsAttachments. (Displays if an attachment exists.)
