The Gross Margin to Date report lists, by maintenance contract, the year, closed date, contract earned, cost all, and gross margin of your maintenance contracts.
- Choose Reports > Service Management > Maintenance > Gross Margin to Date.
- In the Gross Margin to Date window, use the lookup window in the Contract Number field to select a contract number.
- Choose Print.
