The Monthly Labor Plan report lists the scheduled MCC labor hours for each technician monthly. The report also lists the actual hours per service call completed by the technician.
- Choose Reports >Service Management > Maintenance > Labor Load Monthly.
- Choose the All or Individual Technician radio button. If you chose Individual Technician, select a technician.
- Make a selection from the Month field drop-down list.
- The first time you choose Print during a session, you will receive a message asking if you want to run the utility that matches technicians by skill level to maintenance tasks. Choose Yes. A progress window appears.
