  1. Open the Job Cost area page by choosing the Signature Job Cost navigation pane button.
  2. From the navigation pane, select Jobs to display the Jobs list in the content pane.
  3. In the Job List window, existing job records are displayed. 
  4. By choosing job records from the list and using the action buttons, you can:
    • Edit Jobs
      Select to open the Job Maintenance window to edit the select job.
    • New Job
      Select to open the Job Maintenance window to create a new job.
    • Close Jobs
      Select to open the .NET Job Close window. If you've marked any jobs The functionality of the marked jobs depends on if Enable Save Schedule is unmarked or marked in the Job Close Setup window. See Additional Job Close Setup.
      • If Saved Schedule option is not marked (or off), when a user marks a job in the Job List
      window
      • and then
      select the Close Jobs button, the jobs available to be closed will be marked in the Close Jobs window. If you have a saved schedule, you will be prompted to select Yes to load the saved schedule and also add the jobs marked in the Job List or No to clear the saved schedule and only mark the jobs from the Job List window
      • opens the Close Job window. The window will load with that job marked and other jobs available to close. If the user did not pick a job and clicked to open the Close Job window, the window will open with nothing displayed, which is the current functionality. Select Redisplay to populate the window.
      • If Saved Schedule option is marked (or on), when a user marks a job in the Job List window, the job will be added to the table, and display as marked in the Close Jobs window. The marked jobs will remain marked. The user will not receive a dialog to delete the already saved schedule. If user doesn’t pick any additional jobs, the window opens with what the user saved before or just all available jobs (even if not marked).
