You are not able to move a primary address location, a location with open service calls, or a location with an active maintenance contract. Additionally, if the location is on a job, the location is not removed from RM0012. |
- Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > Service Management > Move Location.
- Enter information for the old and new records.
- Choose Move.
