The Service Call Lookup by Customer window opens, displaying all open service calls for that customer and location. You can filter the list of service calls by division, call type and/or technician using the drop-down lists. You can also select to include completed, closed, and MCC calls. You can sort the rows in ascending or descending order by clicking in selecting any column heading. Double-clicking a service call from the list opens the Service Call window.
