This update is for maintaining compatibility with the Time cloud. This includes API updates as well as the following.

KT-1590, KT-1751	Time records that are imported into TimeTrack from the Time App will have a status set to 2 (Approved) for in the WS10702.WS_Transaction_Status.
KT-1639	The Signature Service Library was updated to include shift code.
SCHED-1700	We’ve added a prerequisite check for .NET 4.8 to the Schedule installer.
