| SMS-2174 | Service appointment and When the service or job appointment description notes can now be added. The corresponding summary reports will print the full description with notes. The appointment description note is limited to 50 characters. The Service Printable Notes DEX report has been updated to include the service appointment description note.exceeds 50 characters, an appointment note is created. The note can be marked as Is Internal so that the note does not appear on any customer reports. The note subject is titled Description. The appointment note can be viewed in as an attached note. |
